This week I will discuss "How To Handle Sadness" in my Faith Builders Class.

One thing I learn, if you want to handle sadness right, you should:
1. Admit it. So many people get into trouble because they don't want to admit that they are sad.
Sadness is not a pleasant thing, but in order to overcome it...we should admit it first.
2. Pray about it. Yeah, it sounds a little bit cliche, but it's true. Prayer heals brokenhearts. Prayer heals sadness. Prayer heals you. All the time.
3. Talk about it with someone we trust. We can't handle all of our problems on our own. We are not robots. Wise people are the people we need when we are sad.
4. Wait patiently for the storm to pass. It will pass, no matter how deep the sadness is...it will always pass. One day you wake up, and it will not hurt anymore.
